NAZANIN MANI

Nazanin is a trial attorney and a Senior Associate at the Law Offices of Nigel Burns where she focuses her practice on civil, probate and primarily family law matters. She has handled a variety of complex dissolution matters ranging from domestic violence restraining orders, child custody disputes, move away requests, and support issues. Nazanin earned her Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles in 2015. While a student at Loyola Law School, Nazanin volunteered for Loyola Law School Project for the Innocent where she helped exonerate one of their clients after being incarcerated for 35 years. She also worked as an extern at the United States Attorney's Office for the Central District of California, Criminal Division, where she conducted her first trial as a third-year law student. Nazanin is admitted to practice in all California state courts, as well as the United States District Court for the Central District of California. A native of Southern California, Nazanin is also a member of the volunteer panel at the Harriet Buhai Center for Family Law where she takes on pro-bono family law cases. Nazanin’s passion lies in helping others. As a daughter of Iranian immigrants, Nazanin understands cultural diversity and thus can provide the legal needs and objectives of clients that also come from different cultural backgrounds. Relatedly, she is a firm believer in the Constitution and individual rights and will be nothing less than a zealous advocate for all her clients.
