Brandon Wyman is a trial attorney and Senior Associate at the Law Offices of Nigel Burns in its civil litigation, probate, and family law practice groups. He has recovered over $10 million on behalf of his clients to date. Brandon represents clients in state and federal court. In addition to advocating for individual clients, he has experience litigating mass torts and product liability cases. He also handles complex divorce cases, move away requests, custody disputes, and restraining orders. He has argued before the California Court of Appeal, and is an active member of CAALA. Brandon earned his Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles in 2011. While a student at Loyola Law School, he was the Editor-in-Chief of the Loyola of Los Angeles Entertainment Law Review and recipient of the Otto Kaus Award for outstanding achievement in legal research, writing and editing. He also externed for the Honorable Victor B. Kenton of the United States District Court, Central District in 2009. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Georgetown University in 2004.
Brandon is admitted to practice in all California state courts, as well as the United States District Court for the Central and Southern Districts of California. Prior to litigating at The Law Offices of Nigel Burns, Brandon was a lawyer at Yoka & Smith, LLP as a regional counsel for Goodyear and Continental Tire and prior to that litigated personal injury, product liability, and mass tort cases at Girardi | Keese.
